Monitoring & Rebooting

Taking care of a virtual server is generally a hard process. And this is precisely where our Managed Services package can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be included in our own custom–developed monitoring software system, which will keep track of all the critical processes. And in case of a service failure, our system administrators will be informed immediately and they will fix the issue as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup copy of your hosted content is really important – you never know when something can go wrong. And having ordered our Managed Services solution, you will enjoy regular backups of your entire VPS, not only of your content, without you having to set up or configure anything. What’s more all the backups will be kept on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your content will always be safe, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your VPS server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & set up certain software programs on it. And if this may sound like something much too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an essential part of our Managed Services package, is the right solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the complete and undivided attention of one of our practiced system administrators who will install and configure any software package or resolve any trouble that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an extra feature.
